Listing environments

Users have access to their personal environments, as well as to the environments of the organizations they are members of.

In order to list environments using the CLI:

1. Make sure you have completed the CLI installation.
2. List the organizations you have access to by using the bx whoami command. The environment ids are the same as their corresponding organization ids.
